Maddie died a few years ago (her real name was Mademoiselle Tallulah, Princess of Mountain Brook...and she was not in any Kennel Club, seeing as how no one recognizes a Peekapoo as anything other than a mutt). We had had her a very long time and she was getting very old and sad. Plus, she was not very nice to the kids. She had gotten very used to being the only child for a long time. She was a great dog for a long time and I miss her.
Any advise/stretches to help sciatic nerve pain?
What kind of dog do you have?
Does he/she have a funny name?
I walked today, just to stretch and exercise. My back is really hurting today. I was so uncomfortable all day at my desk. I have been switching back and forth with ice and heat, but...pain!! I took some tylenol earlier and as soon as the kids are in bed, I think I will hunt down something stronger.
I really do not like to take pain medication, but I would like to escape from this for a while.
I don't know if I will blame my back and being uncomfortable or just that it was Monday, but I was pretty unproductive at work today. I should apologize for that. I just couldn't seem to get much done.

And then the other shoe drops...
Turns out I wasn't the only only one having a bad day today.
Dub SPIT on a girl while they were waiting in line and Roo bit a little boy in her class. AAAARRRR!!!!
I am pretty sure all of that bad behavior stemmed from a lack of sleep. The kids spent last night with Mimi and I am sure that they stayed up too late and were probably up at 5 this morning.
So...no more spending the night out on a school night and early to bed tonight. Hopefully, tomorrow we will be right back in order. Fingers crossed, anyway!!

I have been neglecting a very important member of our family on the blog. Roo asked me today why Bay Bay wasn't on here anywhere and she is right.

Because of our current living situation (um...heaven), Baron is enjoying the company, and the very large backyard, of our dear friend Anthony. Being that he is out-of-sight, he is often out-of-mind for me. I love the dog, don't get me wrong, but one less thing to worry about right now is A-OK with me. Hopefully, we will decide on a house soon and have him back home with us.
